This 7 day meal plan is autoimmune paleo.  It is free of foods that will stimulate the immune system, increase inflammation and irritate the gut lining.

    A prep guide is also included so all you have to do is follow the steps for the week. 

    Where possible the meal plan is also cook once eat twice, saving both time and money.
